Mr. Erko Amon Silayo is a distinguished Public Financial Management (PFM) consultant with over 20 years of experience across multiple African nations, including Tanzania, Malawi, Rwanda, and Nigeria. He has provided technical support to the Ministries of Finance in these countries, particularly in implementing Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS). Mr. Silayo has also served as the lead consultant in developing Five-Year Revenue Enhancement Strategies for several Local Government Authorities, including Chalinze District Council, Mkuranga District Council, Kibaha District Council, Kibaha Town Council, Mwanza City Council, Tanga City Council, and Ilemela Municipal Council. His work involved crafting strategies to improve revenue mobilization and implementing Treasury Single Account (TSA) frameworks, significantly enhancing fiscal transparency and efficiency. His contributions also extend to supporting the Government of Rwanda's PFM reform efforts and working with the Government of The Gambia to improve public financial systems. As CEO of IRMO, Mr. Silayo focuses on capacity building and the reengineering of financial management processes.

Mr. Thomas Magambo is an experienced expert in public finance management with over 29 years of experience.
He has worked extensively with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the President's Office - Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-RALG) in Tanzania. Mr. Magambo has led the development of Revenue Enhancement Strategies for Local Government Authorities (LGAs) such as those in Kilombero, Dodoma, and Serengeti.
He has also provided training and consultancy for international organizations such as GIZ and the World Bank on projects including the Good Financial Governance program and the Strategic Cities Project, enhancing revenue collection efficiency and fiscal management.

Dr. Daudi Pascal Ndaki is a finance and investment specialist with extensive experience in public finance management. He has been a consultant for organizations including Mzumbe University, the Capital Markets and Securities Authority (Tanzania), and KPMG Advisory. Dr. Ndaki has worked on developing Five-Year Revenue Enhancement Strategies for several Local Government Authorities, including Chalinze District Council, Mkuranga District Council, Kibaha District Council, Kibaha Town Council, Mwanza City Council, Tanga City Council, and Ilemela Municipal Council. He has focused on optimizing finance systems, effective budgeting strategies, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). He has trained public sector officials, enhancing their skills in financial reporting and analysis. His work includes advising on revenue mobilization and financial risk management strategies.
